Registration presets:

App Admin: Keytable Combinations		You get the list of current combinations, sorted by code.
Select keytable		select where you want to edit / make new combination

Tip:
If the choice in the drop-down lists is not sufficient, you might have to make new keytable entries or update the keytable cache.
