New employee:

App Admin: Employee Management		You get the list of current employees, sorted by emp_id.
Add Employee		- password if needed (is used to get own time overview) - choose department (group) to get preset values right - if more departments (groups) apply; add to more than 1 department

Does the employee need its own personal user login?
That would give the possibility of employee presets
